As Proprietor and Lead Consultant, Vic established Crown Weston Associates in April 2004 to work in partnership and collaboration with organisations to provide solutions, enable and enhance growth, deliver results and delight customers.

Vic's experience has been gained from the Learning and Skills, Welfare to Work, Higher Education research and oil industry sectors providing him with both public and private sector knowledge.

Vic's knowledge has enabled him to become highly skilled in working with organisations and companies to translate goals and procedures into deliverable solutions and tangible outputs. His logical approach to problem solving enables him to quickly assimilate information and understand how processes function so he can develop improvements and make a positive difference.

Extensive experience has been gained at both national and local levels and he is renowned for consistently hitting deadlines. Vic has an impressive commitment to the successful delivery of programmes, he focuses on performance, works things through, interacts well with people, understands the positive impacts of change, with this resulting in outcomes being achieved and delivered in a professional manner on time and within budget.
