Client Needs

Following the successful awarding of a contract to deliver Skills for Jobs provision for Offenders in the Community by an FE College, we were asked to manage the delivery of the contract.

Results

An excellent relationship has been nurtured with the delivery agent through partnership and relationship management, conducting regular performance management reviews, preparation of eligibility and claims declaration, training needs analysis, individual training plans and documentation, undertaking financial appraisal monitoring and reporting progress to the funding body.

The outcome was an extension of the contracted provision for 2009/2010 and being one of few providers offered further capacity.
