Client Needs

Crown Weston Associates were approached by a third party consultancy that required an independent evaluation of an ESF programme being delivered to SME's to be completed.

Results

The evaluation identified the strengths and weaknesses of the provision resulting from learner and staff interviews, the analysis of data and the reporting of the findings. The evaluation report demonstrated the positive impacts of delivering IT training to SME's and the lessons learnt from the programme which the funding body could develop for any new provision it contracted.
