Our Aims and Core Values have been the basis for Crown Weston Associates’ development and subsequently they determine how we work and demonstrate what we believe in and are committed to.

We are members of the Chartered Quality Institute.

We operate against the following management principles

  1. Customer focus: Crown Weston Associates seeks to continually understand current and prospective future customer needs.

  2. Leadership: Our Aims, Core Values and Approach underpin the organisation, determine how Crown Weston Associates work and demonstrate what we believe in and are committed to.

  4. Involvement of People: Our Associates are the essence of Crown Weston Associates and their involvement enables their abilities to contribute to the effectiveness and benefit of the organisation.

  5. Process Approach: The activities the organisation undertakes are managed through processes and ways of working to achieve the desired organisational objectives more effectively.

  6. System Approach: Identifying, understanding and managing a system of interrelated processes enable the specific objectives contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of Crown Weston Associates.

  7. Continual Improvement: In Crown Weston Associates overall performance is a permanent objective of the organisation.

  8. Factual Approach to Decision Making: All decision making is based upon and undertaken through the use and analysis of data and information.
